📌 First: Exchange Conditions

You can exchange your item within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged.

Items with makeup stains, perfume scents, or any damage will not be accepted.

Exchange is available in the following cases:

Wrong size

Wrong color

Manufacturing defect

Shipping fees are paid by the customer for any exchange not related to a manufacturing defect.

📌 Second: Return Conditions

You can return the item within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.

Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Refunds include the price of the item after deducing the shipping fees from the product’s price.

In case of a manufacturing defect, a full refund will be issued including shipping fees.

📌 Important Notes

Items on Final Sale / Heavy Discount cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Proof of purchase or order number is required.

Refund processing time may take 5 to 14 business days, depending on the payment method.
